Responsibilities


Engineering Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of developers, QA, and DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Architecture & Scalability: Oversee and approve core architectural designs, database structures, and cloud infrastructure to ensure system reliability and seamless scaling.

Product Delivery: Collaborate closely with product management teams to streamline development lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Security & Compliance: Establish robust data security protocols, risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO).

Strategic Tech Vision: Define, develop, and execute the long-term technological roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives.



Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director of Technology).
  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in full-stack architecture, scalable databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices framework.
  • Methodology: Proven experience in implementing DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of scaling engineering teams and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot critical technical bottlenecks under pressure.

Nice to have

Prior experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling tech startup.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations, big data analytics pipelines, or advanced automation workflows.

An active presence in the tech community (e.g., open-source contributions, technical writing, or speaking engagements).
