1. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC TERMS

 

A. Web Application & Website Applications

  • User Accounts: To access certain features of the Web Application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Service Availability: We strive to ensure 24/7 uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or server issues.

B. PlayStation Application

 
Console Compatibility: This application is designed specifically for PlayStation consoles. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware and system software meet the minimum requirements.

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) Compliance: Your use of our PlayStation Application must also comply with the PlayStation Network (PSN) Terms of Service and User Agreement. We are not liable for any actions taken by Sony regarding your PSN account.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
